On-site Inspection
If needed, our team will visit the client and check the precision condition of machine. Relevant advises will be provided and help the clients to improve cutting performance together.

In order to improve the cutting experience, relevant seminar and training are available and will be held at our customers' site.
Quality Guarantee
All products are processed and produced in strict accordance with customer drawings or production processes. Each process is inspected, and it can enter the next process only after it is qualified. Each product is attached with a unique traceable production code, and all links can be traced.
Complete quality certificates, including Material Composition Report, Heat Treatment Certificate, Inspection Report, Certificate of Origin, etc.
SGS,TUV and other third-party testing companies are acceptable for testing. If the test results are unqualified, the testing costs will be borne by our company and re-production or refund will be arranged.
Transportation Insurance
We provide door-to-door service, transportation methods include sea, air and international express. Before the goods arrive at the place designated by the customer, all risks are borne by our company. In case of loss, our company will unconditionally produce brand new products.
If the customer chooses CIF, CIP and other transportation terms that contain insurance, our company will purchase insurance in time and inform the transportation situation. In case of cargo damage, our company will promptly assist the customer to make a claim to the insurance company.
If the customer chooses CRF, FOB and other non-insurable transportation terms, our company will promptly notify the customer of the transportation situation and remind them to purchase insurance. In case of cargo damage, our company will promptly assist the customer to make a claim to the insurance company.
Warranty
Each product has a certain warranty period. During the warranty period, if the product cannot be used due to the quality of the product itself. Customers can choose to exchange or return the goods. Refer to RETURN POLICY.
Outside the warranty period, our company provides free life-long services, including blade grinding, on-site slittig machine inspection and so on.
Return Policy
No matter which delivery terms you choose, when you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully if possible,take pictures and send them to us and we will assist you in replacing your order or claiming for compensation from insurance company. The customer must notify us of damaged, defective and or missing items within three work days.
Kindly cooperate with us to get clear idea of your detail application and what problems you got now before we start production.If any failure caused by our tooling, we will make free replacement immediately until you get satisfied tooling.In this case, you can also choose refund.
Please allow 3-7 work days for returns to be inspected and credited once received.Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used.
